Apple Cranberry Salad

8 cups fresh baby spinach
1 large Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Sea Salt LOVE CORN
½ cup pomegranate arils/seeds, optional
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the vinaigrette
Assemble the salad by adding all salad ingredients to a large bowl and tossing to combine.
Place all vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
Either drizzle vinaigrette over salad and toss to coat then serve immediately, or serve salad with vinaigrette on the side.
